Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and testing gaps
- Document test cases, defects, and quality metrics using JIRA and TestRail
- Implement continuous integration pipelines with Jenkins and Docker
- Lead QA initiatives for complex web and mobile applications
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern testing frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
