Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Develop automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test strategies
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab
- Lead defect management and root cause analysis
- Mentor junior QA engineers
- Conduct performance and security testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with proven track record
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong SQL and API testing skills
- Certification in ISTQB or similar preferred
