Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web/mobile applications
- Lead regression testing efforts and analyze test results for root cause analysis
- Implement performance and security testing protocols
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Integrate testing tools with JIRA and Azure DevOps
- Document test cases, procedures, and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years of hands-on Selenium/Cypress experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for test automation
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and Postman
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certified Selenium WebDriver or ISTQB Advanced Test Automation preferred
