Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Execute manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Create comprehensive test plans and defect documentation with JIRA
- Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize testing strategies
- Lead test case reviews and mentor junior QA engineers
- Participate in requirement analysis to ensure testability from inception
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in Java/Python and testing frameworks (TestNG, PyTest)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Postman
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) testing environments
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Experience testing in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Proficient in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
