Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead test planning and execution for complex web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with QA processes
- Mentor junior testers and establish best practices for quality assurance
- Analyze test data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure 100% test coverage for critical user journeys
- Document test cases, defects, and QA metrics using JIRA and TestRail
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with proven track record
- Expertise in Java/Python and testing frameworks (Selenium, Appium)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
