Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Identify, document, and track bugs with high precision, providing clear reproduction steps to the development team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing processes and improve deployment efficiency.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability and stability under heavy traffic.
- Drive the adoption of QA best practices and code reviews across the organization.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing framework.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, including 3+ years in automation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Extensive experience with automation frameworks and tools (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cypress).
- Deep understanding of SQL databases for data validation and query execution.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
