Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent models
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for prompt deployment
- Deep understanding of LLM limitations and mitigation strategies
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
