Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test advanced prompt architectures for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize large language model performance
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Conduct A/B testing and analysis of prompt effectiveness metrics
- Develop prompt engineering best practices and training materials
- Partner with product teams to integrate AI solutions into customer workflows
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Proven track record of optimizing GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent models
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Experience with prompt testing frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, PromptBase)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
