- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt design
- Conduct red-teaming exercises to identify and mitigate prompt injection vulnerabilities
- Lead workshops to train stakeholders on prompt engineering methodologies
- Research emerging AI capabilities to integrate innovative prompt strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or applied NLP with LLMs
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt design projects with measurable outcomes
