Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies for production LLMs
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt optimization
- Document and scale prompt engineering best practices across enterprise clients
- Conduct red-teaming exercises to identify and mitigate prompt injection vulnerabilities
- Lead workshops on prompt design principles for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analyze user interaction data to continuously improve response quality and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (MS preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, LLM integration, or prompt engineering
- Proven portfolio of prompt optimization projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in Python and frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience with MLOps tools for prompt versioning (e.g., Promptbase, Weights & Biases)
- Strong written communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
