Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate AI prompts for large language models to achieve specific business objectives
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations to optimize response quality
- Develop and maintain prompt engineering documentation and best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into production AI systems
- Monitor emerging AI trends and adapt prompt strategies accordingly
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
- Partner with product teams to translate user requirements into effective prompt designs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or related AI/NLP roles
