Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design, test, and refine complex prompt chains to maximize output accuracy and coherence in LLMs.
- Model Optimization: Continuously iterate on prompt strategies to reduce hallucinations and improve response quality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and developers to integrate AI solutions into our core products.
- Data Analysis: Analyze model outputs to identify patterns, biases, and areas for improvement in the training data.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for prompt engineering best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, data analysis, or AI interaction.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face).
- LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models, tokenization, and context windows.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions.
