Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Develop and refine complex prompt chains to maximize the performance of Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Iterative Testing: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and feedback loops to improve response accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries, methodologies, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into broader product architectures.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest AI research and emerging tools in the generative space.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI, NLP, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
- LLM Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures and how to leverage them effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
