Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise-grade AI systems
- Create and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Conduct A/B testing to refine prompt effectiveness and model outputs
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities
- Develop evaluation frameworks for measuring prompt performance and quality
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices and tools
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP/AI development
- Proven expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and prompt optimization
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Experience with prompt engineering tools (LangChain, Hugging Face)
