In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical AI engineering and creative writing. You will work closely with our research team to fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs), optimize prompt chains, and deploy AI solutions that solve complex business problems with elegance and precision.

Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4 and Claude.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of system prompts and prompt templates for various use cases.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to integrate AI features into production applications.
- Experiment with advanced techniques such as Chain-of-Thought reasoning, Few-Shot learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Create detailed documentation and runbooks for prompt engineering workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Model architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, JSON, and API integration (e.g., OpenAI API, Hugging Face).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to write precise, unambiguous instructions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
