Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Develop complex, multi-step prompts that maximize the accuracy, creativity, and safety of AI outputs across various LLM architectures.
- Optimization: Continuously test and iterate on prompt engineering strategies to improve response quality, reduce hallucinations, and ensure brand voice consistency.
- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and data scientists to integrate prompt logic directly into application pipelines and APIs.
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates, best practices, and case studies for internal teams to leverage.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze A/B testing results to determine which prompt structures yield the highest conversion rates and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML interfaces.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and familiarity with OpenAI API, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable instructions.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to debug prompt failures and troubleshoot LLM behaviors.
