Core Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate on complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) to achieve specific business outcomes and enhance model accuracy.
- Evaluate and analyze model outputs to ensure they align with brand voice, tone, and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to fine-tune models and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain a library of effective prompt templates for various use cases.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt structures to drive engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest AI research and trends to implement innovative prompt engineering strategies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or technical writing with a focus on digital media.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Proven ability to write clear, concise, and context-aware prompts that yield high-quality results.
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and iterate on strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field.
