Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and refine high-quality prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize accuracy and output quality.
- Design and implement "Prompt Engineering Pipelines" to automate content generation and optimization.
- Analyze model outputs to identify biases, hallucinations, or edge cases, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable AI prompts.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, LLM architectures, and prompt engineering best practices.
- Document prompt libraries and create comprehensive guidelines for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in writing, editing, or content creation with a strong focus on technical communication.
- Deep understanding of how LLMs work, including concepts like context windows, tokens, and fine-tuning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JSON, or SQL for data manipulation and API interaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and optimize complex AI workflows.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related technical field.
