Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Craft complex, multi-turn prompts to maximize the performance and accuracy of LLMs like GPT-4 and Claude.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure prompt effectiveness and model output quality.
- Iterative Refinement: Continuously test, analyze, and refine prompts to improve response coherence, safety, and relevance.
- Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt engineering into larger AI workflows.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive libraries of prompts and guidelines to ensure best practices are followed across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Communication: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting and optimization.
