Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Develop and implement rigorous evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to fine-tune models based on prompt engineering insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
- Document prompt patterns and best practices to establish a scalable prompt engineering library.
- Analyze user feedback loops to iteratively improve AI interactions and user experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or AI-related fields.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, such as Transformer models, and prompt engineering techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, etc.).
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with libraries like OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
