Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and refine advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize prompt performance across diverse use cases
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt systems into production AI pipelines
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create training materials for cross-functional teams
- Monitor system performance and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Research emerging prompt engineering techniques and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model interaction
- Proficiency with Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and language model behavior
- Exceptional written communication and ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with prompt optimization frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
