Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and fine-tune AI prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLM frameworks
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for enterprise chatbots and automation tools
- Collaborate with data scientists to align prompts with model training objectives
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt libraries and version control
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt effectiveness and user engagement
- Troubleshoot and resolve hallucinations, bias, and output inconsistencies
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong Python programming skills with API integration experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful prompt engineering projects
- Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
