- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on prompt strategy
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Stay current with emerging AI architectures and prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with production LLMs
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for enterprise-scale applications
- Expertise in Python and API integration for AI model interactions
- Strong background in NLP, linguistics, or computational linguistics
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
