Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering strategies for enterprise LLM applications
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and frameworks for multi-modal AI systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors and outputs
- Create evaluation frameworks for prompt performance and hallucination mitigation
- Lead workshops on prompt engineering best practices across technical teams
- Document prompt architectures and contribute to internal AI governance standards
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI roles
- Proven expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong Python skills with experience in API integration (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Experience with prompt optimization frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Knowledge of model fine-tuning and parameter-efficient techniques
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field preferred
