Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and custom models
- Develop prompt frameworks for enterprise AI applications in healthcare and finance
- Create iterative prompt engineering workflows with A/B testing methodologies
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for engineering teams
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Conduct red-teaming exercises to identify prompt vulnerabilities
- Present findings to stakeholders and guide prompt strategy roadmap
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere)
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with Hugging Face libraries
- Experience with prompt optimization frameworks (LangChain, Haystack)
- Knowledge of AI safety and alignment techniques
