Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompts for GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs to achieve specific business outcomes
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and best practices for enterprise applications
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of prompt performance using our proprietary AI testing suite
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into customer-facing platforms
- Document prompt libraries and create reusable templates for different use cases
- Stay current with LLM advancements and prompt engineering techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP role with proven track record
- Expertise in designing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear prompts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
