Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompt architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize output quality and relevance.
- Analyze user interaction data to identify trends and iteratively improve prompt performance through A/B testing.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate prompt strategies into production pipelines.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and best practice documentation for the engineering team.
- Conduct research on emerging AI capabilities and apply novel techniques to enhance our AI assistants' reasoning capabilities.
- Monitor model outputs for bias, safety, and accuracy, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Prompt Engineering or Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
- Excellent command of English grammar, rhetoric, and logical structuring; ability to deconstruct complex problems into actionable prompts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience with fine-tuning models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or LoRA adapters.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about AI limitations and edge cases.
