Responsibilities
- Design & Refine: Architect and iterate on complex, multi-turn prompts to maximize the output quality of GPT-4, Claude, and other LLMs.
- Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B testing and statistical analysis to fine-tune prompt parameters and improve response accuracy.
- Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to seamlessly integrate prompt strategies into production APIs and user-facing interfaces.
- Analysis: Monitor user interactions and feedback loops to continuously evolve prompt strategies and enhance user satisfaction.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical writing, software engineering, or AI research, specifically with LLMs.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, JSON, and basic machine learning concepts.
- NLP Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and tokenization strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
