Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation frameworks
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model performance through iterative prompt refinement
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create reusable prompt templates for enterprise clients across diverse industries
- Lead workshops to educate stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI research and integrate new techniques into workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with production LLM deployments
- Expertise in Python, API integration, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for accuracy, efficiency, and bias mitigation
- Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals and transformer architectures
