Responsibilities
- Architect Complex Prompts: Design, test, and refine advanced prompt templates to maximize the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated responses across various applications.
- Model Optimization: Continuously iterate on prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance, reduce hallucinations, and enhance user engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical prompt specifications.
- A/B Testing: Conduct rigorous experiments comparing different prompt variations to identify the most effective approaches for specific use cases.
- Documentation & Libraries: Build and maintain comprehensive internal documentation and prompt libraries to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.
- Feedback Loop: Analyze AI outputs and user feedback to identify areas for improvement in both model behavior and prompt structure.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI or machine learning interfaces.
- Tech Stack: Familiarity with Python, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar Large Language Model platforms is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, tone, and nuance.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues within AI model outputs.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new tools and adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies and methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
