Responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompt architectures for large language models
- Develop evaluation frameworks to assess prompt effectiveness
- Create reusable prompt libraries for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers on fine-tuning strategies
- Document prompt engineering best practices and methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops for AI adoption

Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Proficiency with GPT, Claude, and Llama model families
- Strong Python and scripting abilities

- Published work in prompt engineering or AI ethics
- Track record of shipping production AI systems
