- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt efficacy and system performance
- Create documentation for prompt libraries and best practices for cross-functional teams
- Lead workshops to train stakeholders on advanced prompt techniques
- Research emerging NLP trends and implement innovative prompt engineering solutions
- Maintain version control for prompt assets and experiment tracking systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP role-building
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and other advanced LLM platforms
- Strong programming skills in Python with ML framework experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ complex prompt system implementations
- Published research or significant contributions to prompt engineering literature
- Certification in Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks for prompt optimization
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
