Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine AI prompt architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks to optimize model outputs for accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt lifecycle management
- Lead prompt optimization sprints to enhance performance metrics (F1, ROUGE, etc.)
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and integrate advanced prompting techniques
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP role
- Proficiency with GPT-4, Claude, or comparable LLM platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot model inconsistencies
