Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate advanced prompt architectures for LLM-based applications
- Conduct systematic A/B testing of prompt variations to optimize response accuracy and relevance

- Create documentation standards for prompt libraries and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt systems into production environments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP system development
- Proficiency with Python and experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to design experiments and interpret complex data
- Exceptional written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects with measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD for AI systems
