- Document prompt engineering methodologies and train junior engineers
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior via prompt engineering
- Analyze prompt performance metrics and iterate for accuracy and efficiency
- Lead workshops on prompt best practices for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering experience with production LLM deployments
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ complex prompt engineering projects with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Python, LangChain, and Hugging Face ecosystems
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Certification in prompt engineering or related AI field (OpenAI, AWS ML)
