Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models and AI systems
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing to refine prompt efficacy and output quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical prompt solutions
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and maintain knowledge repositories
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and prompt engineering best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI system development
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and other large language model platforms
- Proven ability to design complex prompt chains with conditional logic
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating AI output quality and bias
- Experience with Python and prompt engineering frameworks like LangChain
