- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models and conversational AI systems
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations using proprietary evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering outputs into production AI pipelines
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt libraries and best practices
- Develop training materials to empower non-technical teams in prompt optimization
- Stay current with emerging AI model capabilities and prompt engineering methodologies
- Contribute to R&D initiatives for novel AI interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Proficiency with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and prompt development frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective prompt strategies
