Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models across diverse use cases
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and best practices for internal and external applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve prompt effectiveness
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and contribute to innovation roadmap
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Proven track record of designing prompts for complex, real-world applications
- Expertise in Python and prompt optimization frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
