Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-level LLM applications
- Develop prompt frameworks that ensure ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Create documentation and training materials for internal prompt engineering standards
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Lead prompt engineering workshops for cross-functional teams and external clients
- Monitor and analyze prompt performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging AI research and integrate best practices into prompt methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with GPT, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Proven portfolio of complex prompt solutions with measurable business outcomes
- Expertise in Python and prompt engineering frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and fine-tuning processes
- Experience developing conversational AI systems for enterprise applications
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI implementation preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
