Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt engineering frameworks for large language models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation standards
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create training materials for AI developers on prompt engineering best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry benchmarks

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proven expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent large language models
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Experience with AI model evaluation metrics and fine-tuning processes
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
