Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine advanced prompt architectures for large language models

- Collaborate with ML engineers to optimize model performance through prompt engineering
- Create documentation frameworks for prompt libraries and best practices
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align AI capabilities with business objectives
- Research emerging NLP techniques to maintain competitive advantage
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful AI prompt optimization projects
- Strong understanding of NLP principles and transformer architectures
