Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies for enterprise-level AI systems
- Develop test frameworks to evaluate prompt efficacy and model response quality
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt optimization
- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Conduct A/B testing to compare prompt architectures and identify optimization opportunities
- Monitor emerging AI trends and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt workflows
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or AI interaction design
