Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to integrate QA throughout the SDLC
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Analyze performance metrics and security vulnerabilities using Postman and Burp Suite
- Maintain test documentation and improve QA processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA with hands-on manual and automation testing
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking tools
- Strong understanding of SQL for database validation testing
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams
