Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks that enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Create comprehensive documentation and training materials for prompt best practices
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to measure performance and ROI
- Lead research initiatives on emerging prompt engineering techniques

Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with enterprise LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
