- Document prompt libraries with version control and usage guidelines
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into production systems
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, or LangChain)
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for GPT-4, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in prompt evaluation metrics
