Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models
- Develop proprietary prompt libraries for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors
- Create documentation for prompt engineering best practices
- Lead A/B testing of prompt variations for performance metrics
- Research emerging LLM capabilities to implement new techniques
- Maintain prompt versioning and governance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prompt engineering or NLP experience
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or comparable LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and prompt frameworks like LangChain
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating model outputs
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical prompts
- Experience with MLOps or AI deployment pipelines
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
