Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Collaborate with AI researchers to refine model capabilities through iterative prompt engineering
- Create comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing to quantify prompt performance improvements
- Develop prompt frameworks for specialized domains (healthcare, finance, legal)
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization best practices
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and industry benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP role with proven track record
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, and open-source model prompting techniques
- Strong Python programming and API integration experience
- Background in linguistics, cognitive science, or computational linguistics
- Experience with MLOps tools and prompt version control systems
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
