Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM deployments
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control for 50+ AI use cases
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Create comprehensive documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Lead workshops to train cross-functional teams on effective prompt strategies
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality and efficiency
- Stay current with emerging LLM capabilities and integrate new techniques into production systems
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles and ethical AI practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with LLM prompt engineering (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI applications with measurable business impact
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Strong understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
