Responsibilities

- Document prompt engineering methodologies and create reusable prompt libraries
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize performance metrics
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering best practices
- Research emerging prompt techniques and industry standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model optimization
- Expertise with GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Proficiency in Python and prompt automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
