- Create documentation and training materials for prompt engineering best practices
- Conduct A/B testing to quantify prompt performance improvements
- Lead workshops to cross-functional teams on effective prompt design

Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/ML roles with 2+ years specializing in prompt engineering
- Expertise in Python, LangChain, and LLM API integration
- Proven track record of shipping production AI systems
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture and attention mechanisms
- Experience with fine-tuning and RLHF techniques
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven experimentation
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation abilities
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
